-REDUCING PROCRASTINATION
✅PROCRASTINATION is avoiding and postponing what should be taken care of now, can rob you of time and detail your best intentions.

A FEAR OF FAILURE
If you fear the consequence of failing, then a logical extension of this is a disinclination to take action. This is because you are guaranted not to fail if you don't attempt something. Procrastination is comforting when you fear failure. It serves as a protection mechanism, shielding you from the possibility of real failure.
CURE; understand and accept that failure is not fatal. Most mistake can be fixed and we will get a second chance to right any wrongs but we must realize that mistakes do happen.
EXCESSIVE PERFECTIONISM
If you are a self-confessed perfectionist, then you might find it difficult to take action unless you know you can do a job with which you will be totally satisfied.
CURE; aim to do your best and be happy with the output. Accept that there is no such thing as a perfect job.
STRATEGIES TO OVERCOME PROCRASTINATION
- know what you should accomplish
- determine deadlines
- use schedule/planner/calendars
- break a task into a series of steps
- do the unpleasant task first
- change how you think about the task
- have fun with the activity even it's hard to finish
- establish rewards as personal incentives for completion like watching movie after finish the assignment.

if you organize your time well, you will;
- Keep on schedule and meet deadlines
- Reduce stress caused by a feeling of lack of control over your work schedule
- Complete work with less pressure and fulfil your potential
- Build your confidence about your ability to cope
- Avoid overlapping assignment and having to judge more than one pieces of work at a time
